As an elected partner at Phillips Lytle LLP since 2015, Craig has established a distinguished career across New York’s legal landscape. With nearly 20 years of litigation experience, he has handled a diverse array of cases, including commercial disputes, matrimonial and foreclosure actions, personal injury, constitutional law, and land use matters. He has been honored to represent clients in litigated matters in New York State Supreme Court in 26 counties statewide, and in every county in the Eighth Judicial District.
Throughout his career, Craig has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes legal matters. He has argued before New York’s Court of Appeals and handled more than 25 appeals across all four departments of the Appellate Division. His delivery of results that have saved clients millions of dollars and his extensive appellate experience underscore his deep understanding of the law in New York.
Craig is committed to upholding the rule of law and listening to voters across the district, ensuring justice and integrity remain at the forefront of his campaign. He has secured major party nominations from both the Democratic and Working Families Parties for New York State Supreme Court Justice in the Eighth Judicial District, reflecting broad-based community trust and support.
